1. Where is SportRules located?

SportRules, is located in South Africa.SportRules offers its services worldwide. The store is accessible to all customers and is not only limited to South African clients.

2. What is the store Currency?

We use ZAR (South African Rand) as our base currency. Our customers will, however, be able to view prices in their local currency.

3. What currency is used at Checkout?

Because we use South African Rand (ZAR) as the store's base currency, your bill price will be displayed in ZAR. You will still be able to pay with your credit card, the bank will handle the conversion of the transaction. This means that all international credit cards are available.

4. Can I view the Status of my order?

We send out status updates after the processing time has passed. Upon your request, through our email bizsportrules@gmail.com, we'll send you a tracking code so that you can view/track your order yourself. 

5. How long does shipping take?
